• Coverage details: Typically includes repairs or replacement of roofing materials due to installation errors or workmanship issues. This might cover problems like leaks due to improper installation or issues with roofing seams and flashing.
• Duration: Often ranges from 2 to 15 years, depending on the contract terms, scope of work, and materials used.

This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the roofing materials. It covers defects in the materials themselves, ensuring they are free from manufacturing faults.

• Coverage details: Includes protection against material defects, such as issues with shingles, tiles, foam, coating, metal or other roofing components. It usually covers replacement or repair of defective materials and sometimes offers additional protection if the materials do not perform as expected.
• Duration: Typically lasts between 20 to 50 years, depending on the type of material and manufacturer. Some warranties may also include prorated coverage after a certain period.
